Eagle Ridge is a condominium Mutual of 233 homes for active adults 55 plus located in Northern California. Part of the greater Rossmoor community in Walnut Creek, its Board of Directors, which has the legal responsibility to run the Mutual, has five members who are elected by residents for three-year terms.
